How long have you been with Casbah?

I have been with Casbah over ten years now!  

What is your role at the Spa?

I am a medical esthetician at Casbah Destination.

I hear your a fan of the Cellcosmet Line we're featuring this month... what makes it so great?

Cellcosmet is so great because of the high potency and concentration of active ingredients it contain. This skin care line is one of the best I have ever used. It shows.

Does it take a long time to see results?

Cellcosmet provides instant results with just one facial and then accumulative results with daily use. It's as close to a dip in the' fountain of youth' as you'll get ! 

What's your favourite part of the job?

What I love the most about my job are the fantastic people I work with and meet every day!  

What is your favourite service at the spa?
I love doing facials the most ! Making a difference in my client's well being through relaxation and helping them combat any skin concerns is truly rewarding for me.

What is your favourite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?
I guess that really depends on the weather these days ;)  Since moving to our new house this spring, I spend most of my Sunday afternoons tending to my beautiful yard. I also spend tons of time with close friends and family .

How long have you been with Casbah?

I started with Casbah last October.

What is your role at the Spa?

I am an esthetician. I love massage and waxing, but I also handle some of the medi services like the Accent Laser and Clinical Peels.

Your clients include a lot of men and women... is there a big difference in how you approach each?

Yes. Men and women have such different needs! I specialize in men's waxing. If they don't want the hair I can remove it from nose and ear hairs, backs, chest, legs, buttocks, and brief or full brazilian with as little pain as possible. 

Any products that you're excited about?

I am excited about many products… for men the Cellmen Puffy Eyes is wondrous:) I also love the new Dermalogica Skin Perfect Primer. It is an awesome sun screen, primer, moisturizer, tint and evens skin tone:) And my #1 fav is Eminence Strawberry Rhubarb Hyaluronic Serum! It hydrates and restores youth like nothing else!! 

What's your favourite part of the job?

Waxing men and women, massage and make-up applications!

What is your favourite service at the spa? 

I love both the Accent Laser and Shellac Polish Application!

What is your favourite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?

If I'm not working, spending time with my loved ones either at the beach, on a hike, shopping, or bundled up on the couch watching a movie!

Casbah Evolution is our beauty boutique located in the Grandview Corners area of South Surrey. We are a team of certified and experienced make-up artists and estheticians that are able to help with any skincare or make-up needs. We do everything from make-up applications, manicures, shellac polish applications, spray tans, skincare education, facial waxing, tinting and our passion - Novalash eye extensions!

How long have you been with Casbah?

I've been with Casbah Evolution since June of last year.

What is your role at Evolution?

I am a full time lash artist and skin therapist. I work to beautify and enhance the clients natural beauty, educate clients on their skin and share new make-up techniques and trends!

Do you have any products you're loving this summer?
The new Coola Organic Sunscreen Line... especially the sprays... they smell so good! They are all 97% certified organic ingredients, and there's no chemicals or added fragrance. I love the new St. Tropz Self Tan Gel!!! And the GlamGlow is a must have for every skin.

What's your favourite part of the job?

The Signature Facial is to die for! It's 90 minutes of pure bliss either for a "me" day or a nice day with a friend or family member :)

What is your favourite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?
Being with my incredible family, amazing boyfriend, my best of friends, and the cutest dog in the world! Usually involves brunch made my me, the park and a bbq.

What is your role at the spa?

I'm a medical esthetician and nail technician.


I hear you're a bit of a fan of a new product we just started carrying, Obagi C... what exactly is it?

It's a skin care kit specially formulated with vitamin C and hydroquinone to focus on correcting pigmentation issues. It can be paired with retinol for even more effective results and add anti aging benefits! It treats fine lines, pores and gives an overall youthful appearance.

What kind of results have you seen?

Amazing ones!! I myself have been able to erase dark pigment spots on my skin as well as overall smoothness! Results can been seen as quickly as 2-4 weeks, and is a very easy system to follow.


What's your favourite part of the job?

I love making a difference in people's lives. When someone comes in to see me with something that is either causing a discomfort for them or they are selfconscious about and I can make them feel better about it, I am happy :)

What is your favourite service at the spa?

I love our facials! Who could pass up a head to toe treatment?!


What's your favourite thing to do on a Sunday Afternoon?

How long have you been with Casbah?

I have been at casbah for 5 1/2 years:)

What is your role at the spa?
I am a Medical Esthetician and I am also the Educator for all Signature Casbah Services.

How long have you been treating with the Laser Accent RF Body Contouring?

I've been treating with accent for just over 3 years.

How does it work?

It uses a radio frequency to shrink the adipose tissue (fat pocket) and tightens the skin by heating the tissue to 42º C. This SAFE intentional trauma to the area causes the fibroblasts to strengthen and aides in collagen formation.

Why would you select the Accent Laser over other competing technology?

The accent is popular as it is painless and requires no down time.

Where can it be used?

It can be used on face, arms, buttocks, tummy and thighs . We have seen great results in face, arms and tummy:) 

Does it take a while to see results and how long does it last? What kind of results are you seeing over time?

Results are accumulative and last for a year to a year and a half. A minimum of 6 treatments is recommended at 1 week intervals. This is not a magic wand but great for those stubborn areas that cannot be improved with diet and exersise alone . 

What's your favourite part of the job?

My favorite part of the job is making people feel confident about their appearance and taking the time to feel good and relax.

What is your favourite service at the spa?

My favorite service is the contour body wrap as it is a complete head to toe treatment aiding in detoxification and inch loss but also takes care of the face with our cell cosmet facial treatment.
